VISION
The message of hope, repentance, holiness and spiritual maturity brought to all inmates and detainees through a fearless proclamation of the Gospel resulting into changed lives and making every inmate acceptable and useful to society once again.

MISSION

• Establish and uphold a training ground in Bible Studies discipleship and prayer meetings 
• Faithful teaching and preaching of God's Word in the prison, detention and rehabilitation centers
• Faithful adherence to biblical preaching
• Faithfully remember in prayer those who are incarcerated

MINISTRY SERVICES:

Discipleship program for Cebu City Jail (BBRC) and Mandaue City Jail.

Christian music ministry for inmates and provision of needed musical instruments in the jail.

Periodic outreach services such as the sharing of used clothing, food, medicines, school supplies, bibles, guitar strings, toiletries, etc.
