Choir Ministry

VISION
The Choir envisions to glorify God through music and songs. It also envisions each choir member to become a worshipper of God in Spirit and in truth through prayer, meditation of the word, worship, fellowship and constant intimacy with God (John 4:24)

MISSION/PURPOSE

• develop a heart of worship and regular quiet time with the Lord
• minister to God through music and songs
• minister to the believers through music and songs particularly the brethren in the Cebuano and English fellowships and other LWCCCII outreaches, to other churches and the community as a whole (Eph. 5: 19-20)
• serve as an arm of evangelism and other church activities
• develop the potentials of the members of the choir
• submit to the leadership of the Elders and Deacons of LWCCCII
• help nurture good and wholesome relationships between and among members
• strive to be accountable and to commit faithfully to encourage and follow-up other members (Eph. 5:21)

MINISTRY ACTIVITIES

• Choir practices
• Bible study
• Prayer Meetings
• Outreach Visitation
• Love Feast (every quarter, inter-ministry fellowships)
• Prayer and Fasting

MINISTRY SERVICES:

• Song offerings during Sunday fellowship, wakes and weddings, and anniversaries: weddings / birthday
• Evangelism Crusade
• Assist in church anniversary, IPM anniversary
• Assist the Prison ministry
• Workshop, note reading, vocalization, performing arts

DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAM

• Fridays: Bible study, groupings according to voices, buddy system prayer partners,
• Wednesdays: Ladies' bible study
• Thursdays: Men's bible study
